Perancangan User Interface Aplikasi Mobile Loyalty Program Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada era sekarang berdampak pada peningkatan penggunaan smartphone dan aplikasi mobile. Dalam perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat yang modern, mal terus berinovasi untuk mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan pelanggannya di tengah persaingan dengan e-commerce. Aplikasi loyalty program bertujuan untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan pada mal yang didukung dengan tampilan User Interface menarik dan alur yang jelas. User Interface berfungsi untuk memperindah tampilan aplikasi dan media display informasi, promosi, atau reward yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dan strategi linear. Agar User Interface yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya, maka digunakan metode User Centered Design, yaitu metode yang menjadikan user sebagai pusat acuan pengembangan sistem. Desain User Interface ini diaplikasikan dengan media gambar prototype digital. Hasil perancangan yaitu desain UI aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan untuk membantu memberikan informasi dan reward kepada pengunjung mal.

Technological developments in the current era have an impact on increasing the use of smartphones and mobile applications. In the development of the needs of modern society, the mall continues to innovate to maintain good relations with its customers during competition with e-commerce. One way to maintain customer loyalty is to use the loyalty program application media. A loyalty program application aims to get customer loyalty at the mall that supported by an attractive User Interface and clear flow. The User Interface functions to enhance the appearance of applications and display media of information, promotions, or rewards obtained. This study uses a mixed-methods approach and a linear strategy. For the User Interface to be designed according to the needs of its users, the User Centered Design method is used, which is a method that makes the user the center of reference for system development. The User Interface design is applied with digital prototype image media. The results of the design, namely the UI design of this application, are expected to be applied to help provide information and rewards to mall visitors.
