Abstract: | Latar belakang: Bullying merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah serta menimbulkan dampak negatif baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Karenanya, korban membutuhkan resiliensi untuk bangkit dari pengalaman traumatis tersebut. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk bangkit dari pengalaman hidup yang tidak menyenangkan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bullying yang terjadi pada siswa kelas IX di SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa serta untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi yang terbentuk pada korban bullying. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) siswa kelas IX SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) serta alat pengumpul data adalah pedoman wawancara. Hasil: Terdapat 5 tema, yang pertama interaksi di sekolah dan interpersonal individu yang berarti semua anak berpotensi menjadi korban bullying, namun banyak cara untuk menanggulanginya salah satunya membangun komunikasi yang baik antar siswa orang tua dan pihak sekolah. Kedua media sosial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas partisipan dapat menggunakan media sosial dengan baik sehingga hanya satu partisipan yang mengalami cyberbullying. Ketiga karakteristik bullying, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaku bullying lebih merujuk pada karakteristik bullying secara verbal. Keempat dampak bullying, dimana berdampak baik secara fisik terlebih psikis. Selanjutnya tema terakhir x resiliensi pada korban bullying, terlihat bahwa karakteristik resilien partisipan sudah terbangun dengan baik sebagai remaja korban bullying di sekolah karena memenuhi semua aspek resiliensi. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan kelima partisipan mempunyai pengalaman bullying di sekolah mereka, namun partisipan dapat dikatakan resilien karena memiliki semua aspek resiliensi yaitu regulasi emosi, pengendalian impuls, optimisme, analisis penyebab masalah, empati, efikasi diri dan pencapaian. Background: Bullying is a problem that often occurs in the school environment and has a negative impact both physically and psychologically. Therefore, victims need resilience to rise from the traumatic experience. Resilience is a person's ability to rise from unpleasant life experiences. Objective: This study aims to describe bullying that occurs in class IX students at SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa and to describe the resilience that is formed in victims of bullying. Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research design. Partisipants in this study were 5 (five) grade IX students of SMP Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews and the data collection tool was an interview guide. Results: There are 5 themes, the first is interaction at school and interpersonal interpersonal means that all children have the potential to become victims of bullying, but there are many ways to overcome this, one of which is building good communication between students, parents and the school. Both social media and bullying behavior, the results of the study show that the majority of partisipants can use social media well so that only one partisipant experiences cyberbullying. The three characteristics of bullying, the results of the study show that the perpetrators of bullying refer more to the characteristics of verbal bullying. Fourth, the impact of bullying, which has a good impact physically, especially psychologically. Furthermore, the last theme is resilience in victims of bullying, it is seen that the resilience characteristics of partisipants have been well developed as juvenile victims of bullying at school because they fulfill all aspects of resilience. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the five partisipants have experienced bullying in their schools, but partisipants can be said to be resilient because they have all aspects of resilience, namely emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, analysis of the causes of problems, empathy, self-efficacy and achievement. |
