Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dengan Work Life balance pada karyawan Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri yang menduduki posisi staff hingga supervisor, sebanyak 51 subjek yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara Psychological Capital dengan Work Life Balance pada karyawan Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan Skala Work Life Balance dan Psychological Capital Questionnaire yang disebarkan kepada subjek langsung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Spearman Rho Correlattion karena data tidak terdistribusi dengan normal namun terdapat hubungan yang linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dengan kategori kuat antara Psychological Capital dengan Work Life Balance (0.557, p=0,000). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between psychological capital and Work Life balance among employees of Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. Subjects in this study were employees of Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga, a company engaged in the industrial sector who occupied staff to supervisor positions, as many as 51 subjects participated in this study. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between Psychological Capital and Work Life Balance among employees of Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. The research data were obtained using the Work Life Balance Scale and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire which was distributed to the subject directly. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman Rho Correlltion technique because the data were not normally distributed but there was a linear relationship. The results showed that there was a positive relationship with a strong category between Psychological Capital and Work Life Balance (0.557, p = 0.000). |
