Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Di Kota Salatiga yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan publik. Terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada perubahan pola kerja yang semula tatap muka menjadi work from home. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Salatiga di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 43 orang dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana untuk mengolah data dengan bantuan SPSS. Diketahui nilai signifikansi variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0.000<0.05 dan nilai t hitung 4.528>2.022. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Salatiga di masa pandemi Covid-19.
This research was conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Salatiga City which is engaged in public services. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on changing work patterns from face-to-face to work from home. This study aims to examine the effect of work culture on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Salatiga City during the Covid19 pandemic. The sample used is 43 people using quantitative methods. Data processing used is simple regression analysis to process data with the help of SPSS. It is known that the significance value of the work culture variable on performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 4.528> 2.022. Thus the first hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an influence of work culture on the performance of the Salatiga City Population and Civil Registration Service Employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
