Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner evaluasi diri yaitu Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) dan The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). Different generational backgrounds are one of the factors that affect a person's level of happiness or subjective well-being even though they live in the same stone era. Nevertheless, evaluation of subjective well-being is important because every individual has the same goal, namely achieving happiness. The research method uses a quantitative approach with stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a self-evaluation questionnaire, namely the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) and The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). The results of the study show that the Traditional Generation, Baby Boomers Generation, Generation X and Generation Y tend to have negative feelings which are influenced by several factors including the amount of income, marital status and the covid-19 pandemic, while high life satisfaction is influenced by age and work factors. |
