Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran gout arthritis di kecamatan Tomohon barat yaitu kelurahan Woloan dan Tara-tara. Metode; Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di kecamatan Tomohon Barat dari bulan Februari-September 2021. Sampel penelitian yaitu 106 pasien berasal dari data pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan Kesehatan di puskesmas Tara-tara tahun 2020 dan 10 responden gout kronis. Penarikan sampel secara purposive sampling. Kriteria inklusi yaitu responden yang terdiagnosis gout arthritis berusia 35-65 tahun dengan tofus dan tidak, responden yang mengkonsumsi obat allopurinol dan yang tidak, responden tidak buta baca tulis, dan responden yang bersedia menjadi subjek penelitian dengan menandatangani inform consent. Kriteria eksklusi yaitu responden yang memiliki komplikasi gagal ginjal. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu data puskesmas, kuesioner MMAS-8 dan tes kadar asam urat darah. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisa Univariat. Hasil HUA dan GA paling banyak dialami oleh manula sebanyak 38,6%, Jenis Kelamin Laki laki 47,2% dan Perempuan 52,8%. Kelurahan terbanyak yaitu Tara-tara 21,7% dan kelurahan yang paling sedikit yaitu kelurahan Woloan 1 4,7%. Kelurahan paling banyak HUA dan GA adalah Tara-tara III 30,8% dan paling sedikit woloan 1 utara 3,8%. Gout arthritis di kelurahan Tara-tara sebanyak 16 orang sedangkan di Woloan sebanyak 10 orang. The purpose of this study was to identify the features of gouty arthritis in the sub-districts of West Tomohon, namely Woloan Raya and Tara-tara. Method; This type of quantitative descriptive research. The study was conducted in West Tomohon sub-district from February-September 2021. The research sample of 106 patients x came from data from patients who did health checks at the Tara-tara health center in 2020. With purposive sampling, a sample of 10 people was chosen intentionally who met the criteria. Inclusion criteria were respondents who were diagnosed with gouty arthritis aged 35-65 years with tofus and those who did not, respondents who took allopurinol and those who did not, respondents who were not illiterate, and respondents who were willing to become research subjects by signing an informed consent. Exclusion criteria were respondents who had complications of kidney failure. The instruments of this research are puskesmas data, MMAS-8 questionnaire and blood uric acid level tests. Analysis of the data used is Univariate Analysis. The results of HUA and GA were mostly experienced by seniors as much as 38.6%, male sex 47.2% and female 52.8%. The most sub-districts were Tara-tara 21.7% and the least urban villages were Woloan 1 4.7%. The villages with the most HUA and GA are Taratara III 30.8% and the least Woloan 1 north 3.8%. Gout arthritis in the village of Taratara as many as 16 people while in Woloan as many as 10 people. |
