Rancang Bangun Aplikasi E-Service Kendaraan Menggunakan Teknologi Location Based Service berbasis Android (Studi Kasus Kota Salatiga)

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi, layanan pemesanan mengalami perubahan mengikuti perkembangan yang ada. Jasa service kendaraan merupakan layanan memanggil jasa montir untuk memperbaiki kendaraan yang mengalami kerusakan. Pengendara terkadang kesulitan untuk mencari tempat jasa service kendaraan karena harus mendatangi tempat perbaikan dan mengikuti prosedur yang lama untuk memesan jasa perbaikan, begitu juga pelaku usaha jasa perbaikan yang kesulitan mencari lokasi pengendara ketika pemesan memanggil jasa service panggilan melalui telepon selular untuk melakukan perbaikan di lokasi kerusakan. Maka dibutuhkan aplikasi E-service kendaraan untuk memudahkan pengendara memesan menggunakan aplikasi smartphone dan memudahkan pelaku usaha jasa service mencari lokasi pemesan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi yang memudahkan pengendara memesan jasa service kendaraan yang dapat di akses di manapun selama terhubung internet dan membantu pihak jasa mempercepat kinerja perbaikan dengan fitur menampilkan lokasi pemesan.

Along with the development of technology, ordering service have changed according to existing development. Vehicle service is a service for calling a mechanic to repair a damaged vehicle. The drives sometimes have difficulty finding workshop place because they have to go to that place and follow a long procedur to order reparation, as well as workshop bussinessmen who has difficulty finding the drive’s location while the costumer is calling this service via telephone for reparation at the damage location. So that, E-service application vehicle is needed to facilitate the drives by using this application to order reparation service.Likewise, workshop bussinessmen will easy searching for the location.The result’s of these studies are E-service application vehicle helps making the driver to order workshop service that can be accessed anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet and help workshop servicer speeding repair up performance with the feature of displaying the location the drives.
