Perencanaan Arsitektur Enterprise Menggunakan Metode Enterprise Architecture Planning Studi Kasus: Kantor Sekretariat Majelis Rakyat Papua

Abstract

Pada era teknologi informasi saat ini organisasi membutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung proses bisnis dan rencana strategisnya. Salah satu organisasi yang membutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi adalah Sekretariat Majelis Rakyat Papua. Namun dalam menjalankan tugasnya Sekretariat MRP belum maksimal memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sehingga data-data yang dimiliki masih disimpan secara manual (paper-based), maka dibutuhkan sebuah pengembangan teknologi informasi. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning. Metode ini dipakai untuk mendefinisikan kondisi organisasi saat ini dan merancang enterprise architecture yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis organisasi di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga rekomendasi terdiri atas 9 entitas data, 4 aplikasi, dan perencanaan arsitektur teknologi bagi kantor sekretariat MRP. Ketiga rekomendasi tersebut yang kemudian dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pembangunan dan pengembangan arsitektur enterprise di kantor sekretariat MRP pada masa yang akan datang.

In the current era of information technology, organizations require the use of information technology to support business processes and strategic plans. One of the organizations that require the use of information technology is the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Council. However, in carrying out its duties, the MRP Secretariat has not maximally utilized information technology so that the data it has is still stored manually (paper-based), so the development of information technology is needed. The method that will be used is Enterprise Architecture Planning. This method is used to define the current state of the organization and design the right enterprise architecture to achieve the organization's business goals in the future. This study resulted in three recommendations consisting of 9 data entities, 4 applications, and technology architecture planning for the MRP secretariat office. These three recommendations can then be used as a reference for the development and development of enterprise architecture in the MRP secretariat office in the future.
