Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 2 Balusu, Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan menilai adanya ketidaksesuaian/kesenjangan antara standar program dari Pemerintah dan kondisi aktual pelaksanaan program Sekolah Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 2 Balusu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi program dengan menggunakan discrepancy evaluation model yang dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus dengan 5 tahap evaluasi : desain, instalasi, proses, produk, dan cost-benefit. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam proses penyajian data digunakan teknik persentase dan pengkategorian berdasarkan frekuensi dan tingkat kesenjangan pada masing-masing tahap evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada desain program tidak terdapat kesenjangan, instalasi program terdapat kesenjangan sebesar 12,5% dengan kategori sangat rendah, proses program skor kesenjangan 16,25% dengan kategori sangat rendah, produk program skor kesenjangan 16,67% dengan kategori sangat rendah, dan cost-benefit skor kesenjangan 12,5% dengan kategori sangat rendah.
This research aims to evaluate the Adiwidyata-School Program at SMP Negeri 2 Balusu, North Toraja. The evaluation was conducted by assessing any discrepancies/gaps between the standards of the program given by the government with the actual conditions of the implemented ones in SMP Negeri 2 Balusu. The type of this research is program evaluation research with the Discrepancy Evaluation Model developed by Malcolm Provus with 5 stages of evaluation: design, installation, process, product and cost-benefit. The data collection methods by using interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was done through data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In the data presenting process, percentage and categorization technique were used based on the frequency and level of discrepancy at each evaluation stage. The results of the research showed that in the program design were not found any discrepancies, the program installation with discrepancies scored of 12,5% was in the very low category, the process discrepancies scored of 16,25% was in very low category, the product of the program discrepancies scored of 16,67% was in very low category, and the cost-benefit discrepancies scored of 12,5% was in very low category.
