Authors: Dewi, Maria
Keywords: supervisi akademik;pengembangan model
Issue Date: 2021
Hasil penelitian ini adalah Model Supervisi Akademik MARIA (M - Mapping, A - Arranging the solution, R – Running the observation, I – Identifying the data, A – Acting the follow up) berbasis aplikasi Edmodo, Buku Panduan Penggunaan Edmodo bagi Kepala Sekolah, Buku Panduan Edmodo Bagi Guru.
This study aims to develop an Edmodo application-based supervision model development product called MARIA. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with reference to Sugiyono's model, that are potential and problems, gathering information, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing and product revision. Collecting data using in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique, namely schools located in one Sudirman Cluster which consisted of 2 (two) public elementary schools and 2 (two) private elementary schools. Data analysis from validation test and limited trial used descriptive quantitative technique with mean and percentage which were then categorized. The result of this research are MARIA academic supervision model product based on the Edmodo application (M-Mapping, A-Arranging the solutions, R–Running the observation, I–Identifying the data, A– Acting the follow up), Guidebook for Using Edmodo for School Principals, Handbook for Edmodo for Teachers. The results of the validity test by supervision experts are 87% and IT experts for ease of use are 82%. The results of the limited trial by principals are 88% and by teachers are 86%. Based on the results of the validation test and limited trial, it was concluded that the MARIA academic supervision model product based on the Edmodo application was in the very valid category and was feasible to use.
