Abstract: Singkong merupakan salah satu makanan pokok sebagian besar penduduk di Indonesia yang banyak diminati dari berbagai kalangan. Selain harganya yang murah dan cara mendapatkannya yang mudah, proses penanaman singkong yang mudah juga menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa singkong banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen secara menyeluruh dan melihat tingkat kepentingan dari atribut produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha pengolahan singkong Argotelo di daerah Salatiga Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 atribut produk yaitu kualitas, rasa, ukuran, promosi, merek, kemasan dan harga. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap pengambilan keputusan menyatakan mengkonsumsi singkong keju penting, pencarian informasi didapat dari internet (instagram), evaluasi alternatif pertimbangan responden ialah rasanya, pembelian dilakukan tergantung situasi dan hasil/pasca pembelian konsumen merasakan kepuasan mengkonsumsi singkong keju. Indeks kepuasan konsumen yang diperoleh berada pada kualifikasi sangat puas dengan persentase 86,40%. Atribut produk yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen dan perlu dipertahankan adalah kualitas produk dan rasa.
Cassava is one of the staple foods of the majority of the population in Indonesia which is in great demand from various circles. In addition to the cheap price and easy way to get it, the easy process of planting cassava is also one of the reasons why cassava is in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine the consumer decision-making process and analyze the level of consumer satisfaction as a whole and see the level of importance of product attributes. This research was conducted on the Argotelo cassava processing business in the Salatiga area of Central Java. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. This study uses 7 product attributes, namely quality, taste, size, promotion, brand, packaging and price. Sources of data obtained from interviews, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that at the decision-making stage, consuming cassava cheese was important, information search was obtained from the internet (instagram), the evaluation of respondents' alternative considerations was the taste, purchases were made depending on the situation and the results / postpurchase consumers felt satisfaction consuming cassava cheese. The consumer satisfaction index obtained is in the very satisfied qualification with a percentage of 86.40%. Product attributes that are considered important by consumers and need to be maintained are product quality and taste
