Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Win Sejahtera. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di CV Win Sejahtera dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Analisis data berpedoman dari hasil kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. melalui dua skala yaitu skala self efficacy dan skala kinerja karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan melalui uji instrumen, uji uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kedua variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Win Sejahtera. Dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy yang dimiliki oleh karyawan maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan tersebut. Dala hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa self efficacy memiliki peran yang penting untuk menentukkan terjadiya peningkatan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of employees of CV Win Sejahtera. Data collection was carried out at CV Win Sejahtera with a sample of 35 people. Data analysis was guided by the results of the questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale and through two scales, namely the self-efficacy scale and the employee performance scale. Analysis of the data used in this study is simple linear regression through instrument testing, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing to determine the effect of the two research variables. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on the performance of CV Win Sejahtera employees. It can be interpreted that the higher the self-efficacy possessed by the employee, the more the employee's performance will increase. In this case it can be said that self-efficacy has an important role to determine the increase in employee performance.
