Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi pada Gereja Katolik: Sebuah Model Konseptual Berdasarkan COBIT 2019

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memegang bagian penting dalam proses pelayanan dan administrasi Gereja Katolik Santo Paulus Miki Salatiga (GPM). Kunci utama dalam realisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut yaitu melalui keselarasan antara kebutuhan bisnis dan kebutuhan teknologi informasi organisasi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem manajemen dan tata kelola yang baik agar capaian terhadap teknologi informasi tersebut dapat sesuai dengan konteks dan strategi bisnis yang dijalankan oleh GPM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu GPM dengan memberikan pedoman perencanaan strategis teknologi informasi yang baik, menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Hasil dari penelitian tersedia dalam bentuk rekomendasi komponen proses (Core Model) COBIT 2019 bersama dengan tingkat prioritas yang penting untuk dilaksanakan berdasarkan pertimbangan terhadap faktor desain pembentuk manajemen dan tata kelola COBIT 2019 yang harus diimplementasikan oleh GPM. Komponen proses tersebut yaitu berupa 6 komponen proses dengan level kapabilitas 4, 6 komponen proses dengan level kapabilitas 3, dan 9 komponen proses dengan level kapabilitas 2 yang penting untuk dilaksanakan.

Information technology plays an important role in the service and administration process of the Saint Paul Miki Catholic Church Salatiga (GPM). The main key of realizing the use of information technology is through alignment between organizational business needs and information technology needs. Therefore, a good governance and management system is required so that the information technology achievements are in line with the context and business strategy of GPM. This research aims to assist GPM by providing guidelines for good information technology strategy planning, using the COBIT 2019 framework. The result of this research are the recommendations for process component or COBIT 2019 core models along with important priority levels to be carried out on considerations of COBIT 2019 design factors that must be implemented by GPM. The process components are in the form of 6 process components with capability level 4, 6 process components with capability level 3, and 9 process components with capability level 2 which are important to be implemented.
