Sistem Pengurasan Air Otomatis Pada Akuarium Berisi Ikan Hias

Abstract

The caring and maintenance of water quality inside the aquarium tank is very important for the survival of fish. Especially for small ornamental fish which are known to be quite sensitive to the quality of water in which they live. Maintaining the pH and temperature of the water inside the aquarium tank is one of solutions to maintain the water quality for the pet ornamental fish. Therefore, to assist ornamental fish keepers in maintaining the quality of water inside the aquarium tank, an automatic water drainage system in an aquarium containing ornamental fish is realized. This system is expected to be able to ease the work for those who do not have time to drain the aquarium. The result shows that this system can run automatically without human assistance. When the pH level of water inside the aquarium tank is not good for fish, the system will automatically drain the water. This system will set an automatic water drain schedule every 3 days if the pH level remains normal during that time.
