Persepsi Mahasiswa Memandang Diri Mereka sebagai Pemimpin Yang Bertanggung Jawab untuk Masyarakat di Masa Depan. (Studi Pada Mahasiswa S1 Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga)

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan sampel data sebesar 210 mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, penelitian ini menguji tentang persepsi mahasiswa memandang diri mereka sebagai pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab untuk masyarakat di masa depan, dengan membandingkan persepsi kepemimpinan terhadap perubahan, keaktifan mahasiswa, hasil studi, jenis kelamin dan fakultas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa setuju persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan mereka baik. Pernyataan setuju terhadap persepsi kepemimpinan didominasi oleh Fakultas Teknologi Informatika.Selain itu mahasiswa cukup aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan mahasiswa, puas akan hasil studinya, namun masih netral dalam melakukan perubahan.

By using sample data of 210 student of Christian Satya University, this research tests the perception of students regarding their positive future as leaders who responsible for the society, the test was done by comparing perception leadership against the changes, liveliness of the students, the results of the study, sex and faculty. The result shows that students agree with perception of leadership. Statement agree with perception leadership dominated by the faculty of technology and information. Besides university student christian satya discourse considerable active in students, joined the activity satisfied his study, will be the result of but are neutral in making changes.
