Abstract: Bauran ritel sangat penting dalam pasar ritel modern karena konsumen lebih suka berbelanja di pasar ritel modern yang merupakan one stop shopping dan harga pas daripada di pasar tradisional yang biasanya transaksi dilakukan dengan tawar menawar. Retailing mix merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam berbelanja. Faktor-faktor retailing mix (Hartley, 1980) meliputi kenyamanan dalam berbelanja, keanekaragaman produk, kualitas produk, harga, pelayanan, dan daya tarik toko. Persoalan Penelitian ini 1) Bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor retailing mix terhadap kepuasan konsumen berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Baru Pati? 2) Faktor manakah dari retailing mix yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Baru Pati? Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk menjelaskan pengaruh faktor-faktor retailing mix terhadap kepuasan konsumen berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Baru Pati 2) untuk menjelaskan faktor retailing mix manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Baru Pati. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 200. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda program SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Tidak semua bauran ritel mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen berbelanja di Swalayan Surya Baru Pati, pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 2) Faktor yang paling dominan adalah pelayanan.
The ritel mix is very important in modern ritel market because consumers prefer to purchase in modern ritel markets that used “one stop shopping” method and fixed price than the traditional markets which the consumers have to bargain to purchase their needs. Retailing mix is factors that can influence the consumer's satisfaction. Some factors of retailing mix (Hartley, 1980) are convenience of shopping, merchandise assortment, quality, price, services, and store attraction. The research issues are 1) How factors of retailing mix influence consumer satisfaction to shop in Swalayan Surya Baru Pati? 2) Which of the factor of retailing mix most dominantly influence on consumer satisfaction to shop in Swalayan Surya Baru Pati? The purpose of the sudy are 1) To explain of the factors of retailing mix to customer satisfaction to shop in Swalayan Surya Baru Pati, 2) To explain the factor of retailing mix which most dominantly influence consumer satisfaction in Swalayan Surya Baru Pati. Sample used are 200. The sampling method is non probability sampling by accidental sampling technique. Tools that are used are multiple regression analyzes by program SPSS 18. The results of the study is that 1) Not all the retailing mix influence customer satisfaction to shop in Swalayan Surya Baru Pati, services have signinificant influence on customer satisfaction, 2) The most dominant factor is services.
