Analisis Usaha dan Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Keripik Tempe di Kedungjenar, Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Agroindustri adalah usaha indutsri yang memproses hasil pertanian dari bahan nabati (yang berasal dari tanaman) menjadi produk dalam meningkatkan nilai tambahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kelayakan dan nilai tambah usaha agroindustri keripik tempe Kedungjenar di Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai 3 pengusaha keripik tempe yang ada di jalan Barito, Kedung Jenar. Analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis keuntungan, R/C ratio, dan nilai tambah menurut metode Hayami. Analisis usaha keripik tempe “Titik Cerah” dengan kapasistas produksi 2700 bungkus/bulan dan jumlah tenaga kerja 3 orang, menghasilkan keuntungan Rp 3.201.000,- /bulan dan R/C ratio 1,246 yang dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha tersebut layak diusahakan. Usaha keripik tempe “Bintang” memiliki kapasistas produksi 1815 bungkus/bulan dan jumlah tenaga kerja 2 orang, menghasilkan keuntungan Rp 2.811.100,-/bulan dan hasil R/C ratio 1,347 yang dinyatakan bahwa usaha tersebut layak diusahakan. Usaha keripik tempe “Sinar Terang” dengan kapasistas produksi 960 bungkus/bulan dan jumlah tenaga kerja 2 orang, menghasilkan keuntungan Rp 1.384.250,-/bulan dan hasil R/C ratio 1,303 artinya usaha tersebut layak diusahakan. Nilai tambah dari ketiga usaha keripik tempe menunjukkan bahwa industri keripik tempe Sinar Terang memiliki nilai tambah paling tinggi yakni sebesar Rp 34310,16.

The goal was to research the tempe chips industry in Kedung Jenar, Blora. The study was conducted with observation and interviewed three tempe chips entrepreneurs on Barito street, the KedungJenar. With data retrieval to be processed using cost analysis, receipts analysis, profit analysis, effort efficiency analysis, profitability, and added value The results of the analysis in the "Titik Cerah" tempe chip business with a production capacity of 2700 packs / month and a total workforce of 3 people generated a total profit of Rp 3.201.000,- with a total R / C ratio of 1,246 which can be said that the business is worth the effort. The "Bintang" tempe chip business has a production capacity of 1815 packs / month and a workforce of 2 people that produces a profit of Rp. 2.811.100, - with an R / C ratio of 1,347 which states that the business is feasible. "Sinar Terang" tempe chip business with a production capacity of 960 packs / month and a workforce of 2 people, generated a profit of Rp 1.384.250/ month and an R / C ratio of 1,303 means that the business is worth the effort. The added value of the three tempe chip businesses shows that the Sinar Terang tempe chip industry has the highest added value of Rp 34310,16.
