Pengaruh Penerapan Balanced Scorecard terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Kasu PT Bank Central Asia Sudirman)

Abstract

Pada era pandemic sekarang, Indonesia sedang berada dalam lingkungan ekonomi yang semakin berkembang pesat. Perbandingan lingkungan perusahaan yang dahulu dengan lingkungan perusahaan yang sekarang juga bisa menjadi acuan. Perusahaan dituntut supaya mampu mengidentifikasi, memperbaiki dan megelola proses bisnis yang penting supaya perusahaan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan mampu bertahan dalam kompetisi. Agar dapat mempertahanakan dan mengembangkan diri dalam menghadapi krisis yang melanda perekonomian dunia dengan munculnya wabah covid 19 di awal tahun 2020, stratgei harus diatur oleh pihak perbankan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Balanced Scorecard terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Data yang didapatkan yaitu data primer dari PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk cabang Sudirman. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari 120 responden. Penggunaan metode statistik penelitian ini ialah regresi linear berganda. Metode dalam menentukan sampel yang dipakai ialah systematic random sampling. Penggunaan uji kualitas data memakai uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan distribusi frekuensi pernyataan kuesioner melalui google form. Sementara itu, dalam menguji hipotesis memakai uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan variabel perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpegaruh positif, adapun pengaruh yang paling dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 48.3% sedangkan sisanya 51.7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui.

In order to be able to defend and develop themselves in the face of the crisis that hit the world economy with the emergence of the covid 19 outbreak in early 2020, the banking sector in the country must set a strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Balanced Scorecard on company performance. The data obtained in the form of primary data from PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Sudirman branch. As for the sample of this study as many as 120 respondents. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling method used is systematic random sampling. The data quality test used in this study used a validity test, a reliability test, and a statement frequency distribution via google form. As for the hypothesis testing in this study using the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this research can be seen that the variables of financial perspective, customer perspective, and learning and growth perspective have a positive effect, while the most dominant influence that can affect company performance is learning and growth perspective. The result of the determination coefficient test is 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other unknown variables.
