Abstract: | Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia membuat pemerintah semakin tegas dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan PSBB di beberapa daerah. PSBB atau Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar sudah diterapkan di beberapa daerah seperti Jakarta. Berdasarkan fenomena yang telah dipaparkan dan model penelitian yang digunakan, penelitian ini diterapkan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor – faktor kegunaan (PU), kemudahan (PEOU) dengan faktor sikap (ATU) dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat karyawan (BI) menggunakan teknologi komunikasi BambooHR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan tujuan adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi yang tersedia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan yang sedang melakukan kegiatan Work From Home. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan media angket kuesioner berisi pernyataan yang diajukan secara tertulis pada responden untuk memperoleh jawaban dan informasi yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Metode path analysis merupakan perluasan regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk menaksir hubungan kausalitas antara variabel dalam model penelitian yang dibangun berdasarkan landasan teori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh: Perceived Usefulness (PU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Perceived Usefulness (PU) berpengaruh signifkan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (KK). Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (KK). Attitude Toward Using (ATU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (KK). Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) dengan intervensi Attitude Toward Using (ATU) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (KK) pada penerapan software human resource BambooHR. Adaptasi penggunaan teknologi Human Resources Development pada manajemen perusahaan sangat efisien dan dapat diterapkan oleh berbagai organisasi dan berbagai lini model bisnis. The Covid -19 Pandemic that has been spreading all over Indonesia has made the government strengthen the regulation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions or PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) in some parts of regions in Indonesia such as Jakarta. Built upon this phenomenon that has been displayed and researches that have been used in the study, the analysis presents the results of elements with the use on Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), and Attitude Toward Using (ATU) which could significantly influence the mind of employees in Behavioral Intention (BI) using BambooHR technology. The type of study that is used is a correlation quantitative study. The samples that were used are saturated samples which took all of the population that were available. 50 employees that were doing the “Work From Home” program are included in this study. The methodology that was applied in this study is a survey methodology with a written questionnaire given to the respondents. The path analysis methodology is a regression expansion with multiple linear that applied to evaluate the relation between the causalities of irregularity within the study that has been built. Centered on a theoretical basis and based on the result of the study, the final discussion obtained: Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly influenced the Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) significantly influenced the Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly influenced the satisfaction of employees’ performance Kerja Karyawan (KK). Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) significantly influenced the satisfaction of employees’ performance Kerja Karyawan (KK). Attitude Toward Using (ATU) significantly influenced the satisfaction of employees’ performance Kerja Karyawan (KK). Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) with intervention from Attitude Toward Using (ATU) would not significantly influence the satisfaction of employees’ performance Kerja Karyawan (KK) towards the practice on human resources software of BambooHR. The adjustment of the use of Human Resources Development technology in company’s management is likely efficient thus it could be applied by various organizations and various lines of business models. |
