Persepsi Aparat Desa Terhadap Penerimaan Penggunaan Siskeudes : Tinjauan Kualitatif

Abstract

Village funds in Indonesia are increasing every year, making the government launch an application Siskeudes (Sistem Keuangan Desa) which aims to transpiration, accountability and facilitate village officials to manage village funds. This study aims to determine the perceptions of users of applications that make them want to use Siskeudes besides being required by the government and how the Siskeudes application helpful is to mitigate fraud which is of course based on the purpose of making Siskeudes by using TAM (Theory Acceptance Model). This study used a descriptive qualitative approach to phenomenology in 2 villages with in-depth interviews with village operators.
