Abstract: | Keputusan pembelian merupakan sikap seorang untuk membeli atau menggunakan suatu produk baik berupa barang atau jasa yang telah diyakini akan memuaskan dirinya dan kesediaan menanggung resiko yang mungkin akan ditimbulkanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi di Agrowisata Doesoen Kopi Sirap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling yang ada di lokasi penelitian dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Analisi data yang diugunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan kualitas produk berhubungan positif dan signifikan serta memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi, harga berhubungan positif dan signifikan serta memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi, kualitas pelayanan berhubungan positif dan signifikan serta memiliki tingkat hubungan yang rendah terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi, lokasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan serta memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi di Doesoen kopi Sirap. The purchasing decision is the attitude of a person to buy or use certain products whether in a form of goods or services which have been believed that can bring satisfaction to the consumer. In such case, the person must have been aware and willing to bear the risks that might be caused. The aim of this research was to identify the correlation of the product quality, price, service quality, and location toward the coffee purchasing decisions in Agro tourism Doesoen Kopi Sirap. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive through a survey. The data collection techniques used were interview and documentation as the tool to collect the data. This research also used accidental sampling in the study location with 50 respondents. The data were then analyzed by using Rank Spearman correlation. The result of this study showed that the product quality had a positive, significant, and moderate level of correlation towards the coffee purchasing decisions. The price had a positive, significant, and moderate level of correlation towards the coffee purchasing decisions. The service quality had a positive, significant, and low level of correlation towards the coffee purchasing decisions. The location had a positive, significant, and moderate level of correlation towards the coffee purchasing decisions in Doesoen Kopi Sirap. |
