Title: Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Job Insecurity yang Dirasakan Karyawan selama Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract: Pandemi COVID-19 memicu terjadinya perubahan di lingkungan kerja dan organisasi, banyak ditemukan berbagai fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja selama masa pandemi ini, seperti PHK (Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja), WFH (Work From Home), & unpaid leave. Berbagai fenomena yang terjadi dalam lingkungan kerja dan organisasi di masa pandemi dapat memicu munculnya job insecurity yang dirasakan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menguji lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap job insecurity. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terbatas di PT Panca Wira Putra dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 30 responden. Teknik analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian menggunakan pengujian instrumen dengan uji validitas dan uji Reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis f, pengujian hipotesis t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap job insecurity.
The COVID-19 pandemic triggered changes in the work environment and organization, many phenomena were found in the work environment during this pandemic, such as layoffs, WFH (Work From Home), & unpaid leave. Various phenomena that occur in the work environment and organizations during the pandemic can trigger the emergence of job insecurity felt by employees. The purpose of this research is to examine the work environment and organizational climate on job insecurity. This research is a quantitative research. This study uses primary data. Data collection in this study was limited to PT Panca Wira Putra using a questionnaire to 30 respondents. The quantitative analysis technique in this study uses instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, f hypothesis testing, t hypothesis testing, and coefficient determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational climate have a negative effect on job insecurity.
