Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of human relation and individual characteristics on working productivity of Tidar HOSPITAL. Samples use the survey method to know the truth directly. The technique is done in data retrieval using Kuesioner. The methods of data analysis are done in this study, namely multiple regression analysis, test F, Test T, and coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 25 Test tool. Based on the results of this study shows the influence between human relation on work productivity, individual characteristics of work productivity, human relation and individual characteristics to work productivity.
