This study aims to determine the effective fraction of Tembelekan leaves (Lantana camara L. ) which have the potential as natural larvicides of Aedes aegypti mosquito 3 rd and 4rd. In this study phytochemical screening was also carried out in each faction. Larvicide test data was analyzed using a randomized block design (RBD) sub sampling with 7 treatments, 4 replications and 3 sub sampling. As a treatment is the concentration of the solution that is 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 ppm. Comparison between tested treatments with the Real Significant Difference test (RSD) with a significance level of 5%. Next, to determine the effective dose of LC50, using analyze. The results showed an effective fraction that has the potential as a natural larvicide is the ethyl acetate fraction, with LC50 at 24 hours of 572,01 ppm for 3 rd and 587,04 for 4rd mosquito. Phytochemical screening results of ethyl acetate fraction containing flavonoids, steroids, saponins and glycosides. |
