Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat semangat kerja para perawat RSU Santa Maria Pemalang dan faktor-faktor yang berperan diantaranya lingkungan kerja dan personal resilience. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang belum kunjung usai, perawat merupakan salah satu garda terdepan yang memiliki peran penting. Semangat kerja perawat dalam melayani pasien tentunya menjadi hal utama yang perlu ditingkatkan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksplanatori dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 perawat RSU Santa Maria Pemalang yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis dengan software SPSS V.25. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan personal resilience berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap semangat kerja, semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan personal resilience pada perawat maka akan semakin tinggi semangat kerja perawat This study aims to analyze the level of morale of the nurses at Santa Maria General Hospital Pemalang and another factors related, including the work environment and personal resilience. In the midst of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, nurses is one of the frontline who has an important role. The work morale of nurses in serving patient is certainly the main thing that needs to be improved. This type of research uses explanatory with quantitative methods. The number of samples as many as 104 nurses of Santa Maria Hospital in Pemalang were taken using accidental sampling technique. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis with SPSS V.25 software. The results of this study found that the work environment and personal resilience had a significant and positive effect on work morale, the better the work environment and personal resilience in nurses, the higher the work morale of nurses. |
