Abstract: | Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok usia yang mengalami proses tumbuh kembang secara pesat, sehingga memerlukan asupan zat gizi yang sesuai agar dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Asupan zat gizi yang tidak seimbang dapat memicu masalah gizi seperti gizi kurang dan gizi lebih. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan masalah tersebut adalah perilaku makan yang tidak sehat, seperti kurangnya konsumsi buah dan sayur. Kurangnya asupan buah dan sayur akan menyebabkan tubuh kekurangan zat gizi seperti vitamin, mineral, dan serat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran konsumsi buah dan sayur serta status gizi pada anak SD Masehi Tanarong di Desa Nggongi, Provinsi Nusa Tengga Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan dekskriptif kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data dekskripsi mengenai pola makan dengan mengisi lembar SQ-FFQ dan pengukuran antropometri meliputi berat badan dan tinggi badan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh anak SD Masehi Tanarong kelas 4-5 dengan rentang usia 9-12 tahun. Pengambilan data dilakukan dari bulan November 2020 hingga bulan Januari 2021. Analisa data pola makan dianalisa menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan data antropometri dilakukan perhitungan manual menggunakan rumus Z-score. Kecukupan konsumsi buah dan sayur dianalisis dari konsumsi perindividu dengan anjuran konsumsi buah dan sayur dalam Pedoman Gizi Seimbang (PGS). Hasil penelitian adalah rata-rata konsumsi buah yang tertinggi adalah buah pepaya dengan berat 27,5 gram/hari dan frekuensi 0,15 kali/hari serta sayur yaitu daun singkong dengan berat sekitar 40,1 gram/hari dengan frekuensi 0,54 kali/hari. Status gizi anak yaitu gizi baik 90,5% dan overweight 9,5%. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah hampir seluruh anak SDM Tanarong kelas 4-5 mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur sangat rendah dan status gizi baik (normal) sebanyak 38 anak dan overweight 4 anak. Unbalanced nutritional intake can trigger nutritional problems such as undernutrition and overnutrition. One of the factors that cause this problem is unhealthy eating behavior, such as a lack of fruit and vegetable consumption. Lack of fruit and vegetable intake will cause the body to lack nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of fruit and vegetable consumption and nutritional status of SD Masehi Tanarong children in Nggongi Village, East Nusa Tengga Province. The research method used is a quantitative method by using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain descriptive data on eating patterns by filling out the SQ-FFQ sheet and anthropometric measurements including weight and height. The research subjects were all children of SD Masehi Tanarong grade 4-5 with an age range of 9-12 years. Data collection was carried out from November 2020 to January 2021. Dietary data analysis was analyzed using Microsoft Excel and anthropometric data was calculated manually using the Z-score formula. The adequacy of fruit and vegetable consumption was analyzed from individual consumption with the recommendations for fruit and vegetable consumption in the Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (PGS). The results showed that the highest average fruit consumption was pawpaw with a weight of 27.5 grams/day and a frequency of 0.15 times/day and vegetables, namely cassava leaves weighing about 40.1 grams/day with a frequency of 0.54 times/day. day. The nutritional status of children is 90,5% good nutrition and 9,5% overweight. The conclusion of the study is that almost all children of Tanarong HR in grades 4-5 consume very low fruit and vegetables and 38 children have good (normal) nutritional status and 4 are overweight. |
