Abstract: Kebutuhan asupan gizi pada ibu hamil mengalami peningkatan dengan bertambahnya usia kehamilan. Pola konsumsi makan ibu yang sehat dan seimbang akan melahirkan bayi yang sehat dan normal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran pola konsumsi makan ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif observasional melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Teriak, dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari - April 2021. Populasi penelitian ini semua ibu hamil yang ada di Kecamatan Teriak. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 89 orang dipilih mengunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Data yang di kumpulkan meliputi data karakteristik terdiri dari nama, distribusi kependudukan ibu hamil, usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Sedangkan data pola makan responden di ambil mengunakan kuesioner Food Frequency Questionnaire untuk melihat pola konsumsi makan dari yang paling sering dikonsumsi sampai tidak pernah di konsumsi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nasi putih (100%) (karbohidrat), ikan teri goreng (68,5%) (protein) dan minyak goreng (77,5%) (lemak) sebagai kelompok makanan yang paling sering dikonsumsi ibu hamil. Nasi goreng (77,5%), telur ayam rebus (77,5%), minyak lemak hewan (73,0%) merupakan kelompok makanan yang jarang di konsumsi. Singkong goreng (60,6%), daging bebek (64,0%) dan mentega (74,1%) merupakan kelompok makanan yang tidak pernah dikonsumsi tertinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini pola konsumsi makan ibu hamil sudah cukup beragam yang terdiri dari karbohidrat, protein, lemak, buah-buahan serta sayuran. Memenuhi kebutuhan pola konsumsi makan bagi ibu, perlu dukungan keluarga untuk memperhatikan kebutuhan pola asupan yang baik dan seimbang agar kebutuhan gizi selama hamil dapat terpenuhi.
The need for nutritional intake in pregnant women increases with increasing gestational age. A healthy and balanced mother's diet will give birth to a healthy and normal baby. The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern of eating consumption of pregnant women. This type of research is descriptive observational through a cross sectional. The research location is in Teriak districts, carried out in February-April 2021. The population of this research is all pregnant women in Teriak districts. The research sample was 89 people selected using the purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collected includes characteristic data consisting of names, the population distribution of pregnant women, age, education and occupation. Meanwhile, the respondents' eating pattern data was taken using the Food Frequency Questionnaire to see the pattern of food consumption from the most frequently consumed to never consumed. The results of this study show white rice (100%) (carbohydrates), fried anchovies (68.5%) (protein) and cooking oil (77.5%) (fat) as food groups that most often consumed by pregnant women. Fried rice (77.5%), boiled chicken eggs (77.5%), oil animal fat (73.0%) is the food group that is rarely consumed. Cassava Fried (60.6%), duck meat (64.0%) and butter (74.1%) are food groups never consumed the highest. The conclusion of this study is that the mother's eating pattern Pregnant women are quite diverse consisting of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fruits and vegetables vegetables. Fulfilling the need for food consumption patterns for mothers, family support is needed to pay attention to the needs of a good and balanced intake pattern so that nutritional needs during pregnancy can be met.
