Perancangan dan Implemetasi Aplikasi Penyimpanan Lokasi dan Geotagging Berbasis Mobile Menggunakan GPS pada Android

Abstract

Wisatawan atau biasa disebut dengan traveller biasanya memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi. Terutama bagi yang senang berkendaraan touring dan wisata menggunakan motor. Kadangkala ketika melakukan kegiatan tersebut, dibutuhkan media penyimpanan yang tepat agar lokasi dapat disimpan dengan baik. Tidak hanya lokasi, tentunya gambar pada lokasi tertentu juga dibutuhkan sebagai bentuk dokumentasi. Masalah yang timbul dari kebutuhan tersebut adalah mahalnya perangkat yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dengan terfokus pada efisiensi biaya dan mobilitas yang tinggi. Hasilnya, teknologi Android dipilih sebagai solusi yang tepat di dalam membangun sistem. Fitur GPS pada Android dapat digunakan secara maksimal untuk membuat perangkat lunak berbasis Location Based Service (LBS).

The travelers or commonly referred to as travelers usually have a high mobility. Especially for those who like to ride a motorbike touring and sightseeing. Sometimes when doing these activities, it takes the appropriate storage media so that the location can be stored properly. Not only the location, of course, the image at a given location is also needed as a form of documentation. Problems are arising from these needs is the expensive devices are needed. This study aims to find solutions to these problems by focusing on cost efficiency and high mobility. The result, Android technology was chosen as the appropriate solution in the build system. Android on the GPS feature can be used optimally to create software-based Location Based Service (LBS).
