Abstract: To optimize the function of a library, the literacy acquisition of its staff is very important, especially because of the abundance of information that can be obtained easily nowadays. This study aims to analyze the level of competence of the digital literacy staff of the Satya Wacana Christian University O. Notohamidjojo Library using the theory of Stephen Mutula and Justus Wamukoya. This research applied the quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected using the questionnaires technique and the results are presented in a table of percentages. The results are examined in six levels as follows, the foundational digital literacy is in the high category with a score of 63.5%. The basic digital competencies are in the low category with a value of 32.8%. While the intermediate digital competencies are included in the high category with a value of 53%. The advanced digital competencies are in the low category with a score of 34.7%. Then, technical digital literacy is in the low category with a value of 40.3%. Digital literacy skills are categorized as high enough with a score of 41.7%. Based on the results of the highest percentage obtained from the basic digital literacy level and intermediate digital competence, the O. Notohamidjojo Library staff has begun to meet the qualifications of a librarian in the digital era. Factors causing the distribution of digital literacy levels are differences in daily work, diversity in age distribution, differences in education levels, and years of service of research respondents.
