Abstract: Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga is a hospitality business that also develops restaurants, founded in 2017 in Salatiga with the concept of a restaurant and bar offering traditional specialties, eastern dishes, and a little western food. In carrying out his business processes, Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga has not implemented IS/IT optimally in his business. Therefore, strategic planning of information systems is needed to produce an effective and efficient strategic plan. The research method used is the Ward and Peppard approach which will produce a portfolio of applications that are beneficial to the company. The purpose of this research is to help Oemah Djari Kitchen Salatiga optimize the application of IS/IT in its business processes. Business modeling uses SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Value Chain, Five Forces Model, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The output that will be produced from this research is a portfolio of applications that can be applied within two years.
