Abstract: | Penerapan TI telah meluas ke berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, antara lain dalam bidang pendidikan. E-learning diyakini mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Namun, dalam kenyataannya penerapan e-learning yang mengubah kultur pendidikan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan menjadi tidak optimal karena tidak menjawab kebutuhan yang ada. Dari penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengimplementasi aplikasi LMS di FTI UKSW guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Sehingga pada akhirnya didapati bahwa setelah kebutuhan telah teridentifikasi dan dijadikan dasar pengembangan aplikasi, perlu dilakukan pengelolaan umpan balik dari mahasiswa untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan LMS tersebut. Application of IT has expanded to various fields of human life, among others in the field of education. E-learning is believed to improve the quality of services in achieving education goals. However, in reality the application of e-learning is changing the culture of education in an educational institution not be optimal because it does not answer the needs that exist. From this research, aims to implement the FTI UKSW LMS applications to improve the quality of service. So in the end it was found that after the need has been identified and used as the basis of application development, management needs to be done the feedback from students to determine the level of acceptance of the LMS. |
