Analisis Penerapan Aplikasi Orange HRM pada Departemen Human Resource Development (Studi Kasus: Departemen HRD Bakrie Microfinance Indonesia)

Abstract

Good company performance begins with how well a company manages its human resources data. To manage HR data, The HR department of Bakrie Microfinance Indonesia still use Microsoft Word and Excel and that may risk the overlapping data of employees. In order to minimize the potential problem, this research will use a userfriendly free application that is called OrangeHRM. The OrangeHRM is a web-based opensource application that can provide information immediately and easily through online advertisement system so that it can be received by information not only from company management but also from job applicants. The scope of the study in the research focuses on the business process of both recruitment and getting leave. The research concept emphasizes the value of efficiency and optimization of using information. The system design uses a UML model with a usecase diagram and an activity diagram to depict the interaction between user and system that is involved directly and in applying OrangeHRM.
