Abstract: | PT. Amazon sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa outsourcing membutuhkan ketelitian untuk mengukur kualitas layanan jasanya. Melalui pengelolaan data komplain yang tepat akan mudah diketahui tingkat kualitas layanan jasa. Tetapi system komplain PT. Amazon yang berlangsung saat ini tidak memadai untuk pengelolaan data komplain bahkan masih memakan banyak waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi customer complaint management dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database SQL yang mampu menampung komplain, melaporkan penanganan dan mendefinisikan komplain dalam dimensi kualitas layanan sehingga PT. Amazon dapat dengan mudah menentukan langkah strategis peningkatan kualitas layanan jasanya. PT. Amazon as an outsourcing company requires precision to measure its service quality. Complaint through the proper management of data will be easily detected levels of its service quality. But the complaints system at PT. Amazon is currently are not adequate for data management and even complaints are still spend a lot of time and cost. This research will design a customer complaint management applications by using the PHP programming language with SQL database that can accommodate a complaint, report the complaint handling and defining the dimensions of service quality that PT. Amazon can easily determine the strategic planning to improve its service quality. |
