Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sarana Jaya Kabupaten Semarang dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang ada yaitu sebanyak 32 orang. Sampel diambil dengan metode saturation sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The study was conducted in Sarana Jaya District of Semarang with the total population of all employees that is as many as 32 people. Samples were taken by saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires that distributed to all employees. The technique processes data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that the compensation does not significantly affect employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. |
