Abstract: | Retensi karyawan merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam mempertahankan karyawan yang dianggap berkompeten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi retensi karyawan dan bagaiaman strategi tersebut dijalankan di Witel Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer melalui wawancara kepada 5 narasumber yaitu manajer sumber daya manusia dan keempat karyawan Witel Solo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi retensi karyawan dijalankan melalui pengelolaan karyawan. Selain itu penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya perusahaan lebih berperan dalam retensi karyawan. Employee retention is an effort that applied by the company to maintain the competent employee. This research purposes to know strategy of employee retention and how the strategies run on the Witel Solo. This research used qualitative research. The data source was gained from primary data through interviewing 5 (five) informants, they were an human resources manager and four Witel Solo employees. The result of this research told that strategy of employee retention was ran through employee management. Besides, this research found that company culture took a role in the employee retention. |
