Analisis Determinan Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio Tobin’s Q untuk mengukur nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian yaitu perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2020. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian yaitu 10 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of internal and external factors on firm value. This research uses Tobin's Q ratio to measure firm value. The population of this research is food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. Sampling with a purposive sampling method, that meets the research criteria are ten companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data using the multiple linear regression analysis methods. This research shows that Return on Assets (ROA) have a positive influence on firm value, Current Ratio (CR) do not affect on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive influence on firm value, Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Inflation, Interest Rate, and Exchange Rate do not affect the company’s firm value.
