Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMAN 1 Tengaran yang berjumlah 47 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme, pelatihan pengalaman mengajar dan profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru melalui profesionalisme guru. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and teaching experience. Population and sample in this research is teacher of SMAN 1 Tengaran which amounted to 47 respondents. Methods of data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire. Technique of research analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that training and teaching experience affect the professionalism, teaching experience training and professionalism affect the performance of teachers. While indirectly training and teaching experience does not affect the performance of teachers through teacher professionalism. |
