Pengembangan Model Manajemen Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: manajemen GLS SMP saat ini, kelebihan dan kelemahannya, serta pengembangan model manajemen GLS yang efektif di SMP. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model manajemen GLS di SMP saat ini membuat siswa kurang berminat dalam GLS sehingga GLS berjalan kurang efektif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan. Pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi data ini untuk keabsahan data. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: manajemen GLS SMP kurang efektif saat ini, kelebihan manajemen GLS SMP saat ini yaitu ada kejelasan tujuan, materi, dan waktu GLS sedangkan kekurangannya adalah kurang minatnya siswa melaksanakan GLS dan GLS masih pada tahap pembiasaan. Metode penelitiannya dengan menerapkan model yang peneliti kembangkan bernama model Glitter SMP dengan produk 1 buku model GLS SMP dan 3 buku panduan GLS SMP dalam POAC GLS melalui pengembangan Borg and Gall dalam Sugiyono (2012) yang diintegrasi model ADDIE. Hasil validasi model dilakukan para ahli menunjukkan model Glitter SMP dinilai sangat layak dengan skor rerata 81.51. Model diujicobakan pada pelaksana GLS SMP Negeri 1 Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah dengan rerata hasil 84.09 (sangat layak). Kesimpulannya bahwa model Glitter SMP ini dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan GLS di SMP secara efektif. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan bidang pengembangan model GLS SMP dengan harapan model ini dapat menjadi contoh model GLS SMP yang aplikatif, menarik dan kebaruan dalam pelaksanaan GLS di SMP.

This research aims to describe: GLS SMP management at this time, its strengths and weaknesses, and the development of an effective GLS management model in SMP. The problem of this research is how the GLS management model in SMP at this time makes students less interested in GLS so that GLS is less effective. This type of research is development research. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, documentation and triangulation of this data is for the validity of the data. The results of the research show: GLS SMP management is less effective at this time, the superiority of GLS SMP management at this time are that there is clarity of purpose, material, and GLS time while the shortcomings are students' lack of interest in implementing GLS and GLS are still at the habituation stage. The research method is by applying the model that the researcher developed named the Glitter SMP model with the product 1 GLS SMP model book and 3 GLS SMP manuals in the GLS POAC through the development of the Borg and Gall in Sugiyono (2012) which is integrated with the ADDIE model. The results of the model validation conducted by the experts showed that the Glitter SMP model was considered very feasible with an average score of 81.51. The model was tested on the GLS implementers of SMP Negeri 1 Bawen, Semarang Regency, Central Java with the average results 84.09 (very feasible). The conclusion is that the Glitter SMP model can be applied effectively in the implementation of GLS in SMP. The contribution of this research is to increase knowledge in the field of developing the GLS SMP model with the hope that this model can be an example of an applicable, attractive and novelty GLS SMP model in SMP implementation.
