Abstract: | Emotional intellegence sebagai salah satu bentuk tindakan manusia yang dapat dipelajari dan mempengaruhi keberhasilan seseorang dalam pekerjaannya disamping kecerdasan intelektual yang dimiliki. Emotional intellegence juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh perceived organizational support dan perceived supervsior support terhadap karyawan. Saat ini, banyak organisasi melakukan pekerjaan secara work group cooperation untuk lebih efektif. Perbedaan emotional intellegence yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu diharapkan mampu bekerja sama dalam sebuah tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support dan perceived supervisor support terhadap emotional intellegence, mengetahui pengaruh work group cooperation sebagai variable moderating antara pengaruh perceived organizational support dan perceived supervisor support terhadap emotional intellegence, dan mengetahui pengaruh emotional intellegence terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan non akademik sebanyak 468 orang. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh perceived organizational support dan perceived supervisor support terhadap emotional intellegence, ada pengaruh work group cooperation sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh perceived organizational dan perceived supervisor support terhadap emotional intellegence, dan ada pengaruh emotional intellegence terhadap kinerja karyawan. Emotional Intellegence as one of form of action of human being which can be learned and influence efficacy of somebody in his work beside the intellectual intellegence. Emotional Intellegence also can be influenced by perceived organizational support and perceived supervsior support to employees. In this time, lot of organization working by group cooperation to more effective. Difference of Emotional intellegence owned by each individual expected able to cooperate in a team to increase the employees performance. Regarding this fact, the purpose of the this research was to know the effcet of perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support to emotional intellegence, influence of work group cooperation as variable of moderating between influence of perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support to emotional intellegence, and influence of emotional intellegence to employees performance. This research used questioners to get the data. The Sampling method used in this research is non probability sampling with technique of accidental sampling. Sampel used in this research is employees of non academic as much 468 people. The analyses used were descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the data analysis result, it can be concluded that there is no influence between perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support to emotional intellegence, there is an influence of work group cooperation as moderating of influence of perceived organizational and perceived supervisor support to emotional intellegence, and there is an influence of emotional intellegence to employees performance. |
