Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organization citizenship behavior, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior, 3) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organization citizenship behavior dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi, 4) Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Moderating (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior), komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior), motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi ditolak.
The objectives of this study are 1) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior with the work environment as a moderating variable, 4) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on organization citizenship behavior with the work environment as a moderating variable. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and the analysis technique used in this study was Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior), organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior), work motivation has an effect on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with work environment as a moderating variable, and organizational commitment effect on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with the work environment as a moderating variable rejected.
