Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior ini merupakan hubungan timbal balik antara organisasi dengan karyawan, karyawan yang puas dengan pekerjaannya akan menunjukkan OCB. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel bebas yaitu: iklim kerja (X1), pertukaran pemimpin anggota (X2), komitmen organisasi (X3), dan satu variabel terikat yaitu: perilaku kewargaan organisasi (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja, pertukaran anggota pemimpin, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada karyawan pada karyawan perusahaan di Kota Kudus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana variabel diukur menggunakan skala likert, dengan jumlah sampel 89 sebanyak 52 responden. Pengumpulan data melalui link kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Iklim Kerja, Leader Member Exchange, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan
This Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a reciprocal relationship between the organization and employees, employees who are satisfied with their work will show OCB. The variables of this study consisted of three independent variables, namely: work climate (X1), leader member exchange (X2), organizational commitment (X3), and one dependent variable was: organizational citizenship behavior (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of work climate, leader member exchange, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior on employees of on company employees in Kudus City. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where the variables are measured using a Likert scale, with a sample of 89 as many as 52 respondents. Data collection through questionnaire link. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between Work Climate, Leader Member Exchange, and Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees.
