Abstract: | Supervisi dan motivasi kerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja guru TK/RA. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah:(1) Adakah pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di UPTD pendidikan Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang;(2)Adakah pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang;(3)Adakah pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan:(1) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel supervise terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di Kecamatan Bandungan;(2)Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di Kecamatan Bandungan;(3)Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel supervisi dan motimasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru TK/RA di Kecamatan Bandungan. Supervision anf motivation of teachers is one factor in improving the performance of teacher TK/RA. The problem in this study were: (1) Is there a positive and significant influence of the principal supervision and motivation of teachers performance TK/RA in UPTD Pendidikan Sub District Bandungan Semarang Regency, (3) Is there a positive and significant influence of the principal supervision and motivation to work together on the performance of teacher TK/RA in Sub District Bandungan, Semarang regency. The study results showed: (1) There is no positive and significant variables on the performance of teacher supervision TK/RA in Sub District Bandungan, Semarang Regency, (2) No significant positive influence and motivation variables on the performance of teachers TK/RA in Sub District Bandungan, (3) There is no positive and significant supervision and motivation variables on the performance of teachers TK/RA in Sub District Bandungan. |
