Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh harga, kepercayaan konsumen dan kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip Payless Surabaya di Instagram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probalibility sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Dengan kriteria responden yaitu respoden mempunyai akun Instagram, yang sudah pernah membeli produk pada jasa titip Payless sebanyak 2x. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknis analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh harga, kepercayaan konsumen dan kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip Payless Surabaya di Instagram. Faktor yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip Payless di Instagram adalah harga kemudian diikuti variabel kepercayaan konsumen dan kemudahan. The purpose of this research for knowing whether there are price effect, consumer trust and ease to use about buying decisions in jasa titip payless Surabaya on Instagram. This kind of research that use is quantitative research, with using 100 respondents. Sample collecting technique that use non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. With respondents criteria who have instagram account, that already bought in jasa titip payless at least 2x. Data collecting method by distributing questionnaire that already examined validity and reliability. This analysis technique research use multiple regression analysis. There are the results from this research that showing about price effect, consumer trust and ease to use against purchasing decision in jasa titip payless Surabaya on Instagram. The most impact dominant factor is about purchasing decision in jasa titip payless on Instagram is price, and then followed by consumer trust variable and ease to use. |
