Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Berpengaruh Terhadap Pola Pikir dan Niat Berwirausaha Pada Petani Tembakau di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

Penurunan harga tembakau di kalangan petani menimbulkan kesejahteraan petani menurun oleh sebab itu, pemerintah membuat suatu program mengenai pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk petani guna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Dengan adanya permasalahan yang terjadi maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelatihan Kewirausahaan terhadap Pola Pikir dan Niat Berwirausaha pada Petani Tembakau di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini terdapat dua hipotesis yang uji. Pengujian masing- masing variabel di ukur dengan skala Likert dengan teknis analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Pola pikir dan Pola Pikir berpengaruh terhadap Niat berwirausaha dengan hasil uji regresi hipotesis Nilai prob. t hitung dari variabel bebas pola pikir sebesar 0,002 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05 sehingga variabel bebas pola pikir dan niat berwirausaha berpengaruh sigfinikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pelatihan kewirausahaan pada alpha 5% atau dengan kata lain, pola pikir berpengaruh sigfinikan terhadap pelatihan kewirausahaan jadi taraf keyakinan 95%. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah khususnya Dinas Pertanian untuk selalu memberikan pelatihan – pelatihan kepada petani guna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.

The reduction in tobacco prices among farmers has caused the welfare of farmers to decline, therefore the government has created a program on entrepreneurship training for farmers to improve the welfare of farmers. With the problems that occur, this research aims to determine Entrepreneurship Training on the Mindset and Intention of Entrepreneurship in Tobacco Farmers in Central Java. This research has two hypotheses that are tested. Testing of each variable is measured by a Likert scale with technical data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this research are Entrepreneurship Training which influences the mindset and mindset influences the intention of entrepreneurship with the results of the regression test both the prob value hypothesis. t count from the independent variable mindset of 0.002 which is smaller than 0.05 and the entrepreneurial intention variable of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so that the independent variable mindset and entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on the dependent variable namely entrepreneurship training at alpha 5% or in other words, mindset has a significant effect on entrepreneurship training so 95% confidence level. The contribution of this research is to provide input to the government, especially the Agriculture Service, to always provide training to farmers to improve the welfare of farmers.
