Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2) Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara jenjang pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kesejahteraan dengan kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian adalah guru guru SD yang berada di gugus I Kecamatan Poso Pesisir, Kabupaten Poso, dengan sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan empat macam instrument yaitu : 1) Koesioner perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, 2) koesioner jenjang pendidikan, 3) koesioner kesejahteraan, dan 4) koesioner kinerja guru. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa: 1) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 2) jenjang pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 3) kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. This research aimed to determine: 1) The Positive and Significant Effect of principal's leadership behaviors toward the performance of the teachers; 2) The Positive and Significant Effect of level of education toward teacher performance, 3) The Positive and Significant Effect of welfare toward the performance of the teacher. The Subjects were the teachers of elementary school at Gugus I Kecamatan Poso Pesisir, Kabupaten Poso in which the sample consist of 43 people. In collecting the data, four instruments were used, 1) the questionnaire about principal's leadership behavior, 2) the questionnaire about levels of education, 3) the questionnaire about welfare, and 4) the questionnaire about teacher's performance. The results of regression analysis showed that: 1) the principal's leadership behaviors had a positive and significant impact toward teacher's performance. 2); levels of education had a positive and significant impact toward teacher's performance. 3); welfare had positive and significant impact toward teacher performance. |
