Abstract: Kepuasaan kerja adalah perasaan puas seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya dan seberapa jauh seseorang menyukai dan tidak menyukai pekerjaannya. Tingkat kepuasaan kerja terukur berdasarkan beberapa indikator yaitu dari pekerjaan itu sendiri, penghasilan, kesempatan promosi, pengawasan, dan rekan kerja atau atasan. Well-Being merupakan keadaan sehat, bahagia, dan sejahtera. Kesejahteraan ini dapat berlaku secara umum dalam konteks individu maupun kelompok. Kepuasan kerja dan well-being perawat mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam peyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan kepuasan kerja dan tingkat well-being perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Umur Daerah Salatiga serta hubungan antara keduanya. Metode: penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Responden penelitian meliputi seluruh perawat yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Salatiga. Data akan dikumpulkan menggunakan 4 kuesioner yaitu Job Satisfation Survey (JSS), Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE), Positif Thinking Scale (PTS) dan Psycological Well-Being Scale (PWB). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu mulai dari bulan Mei-Juli 2019. Hasil: Hasil tabulasi Job Satisfation Survey (JSS) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja responden di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Salatiga tidak memuaskan, yakni netral 25 (42%) dan tidak puas 35 (58%). Sementara itu, hasil pengujian sembilan skala kepuasan kerja menunjukkan bahwa ratarata responden tidak puas (26.18). Hasil uji tabulasi SPSS kepuasan kerja dan well-being menggunakan pengalaman positif dan negatif (SPANE) menunjukkan presentase responden yang selalu mengalami perasaan positif (97%) dan sering mengalami perasaan positif 2 (3%). Skala berpikir positif (PTS) menunjukkan presentase responden yang berpikir paling positif lebih banyak (98%) dan berpikir paling negatif 1 (2%). Kesejahteraan psikologi (PWB) menunjukkan presentase responden kesejahteraan psikologi yang sangat tinggi (12%), memiliki kesejahteraan psikologi yang tinggi (85%), dan responden yang memiliki kesejahteraan psikologi yang sedang (3%). Hasil uji analisis korelasi menunjukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan wellbeing.
Job satisfaction refers to a feeling of contentment or a sense of accomplishment towards job an employee could have. The satisfaction level is measured by some indicators such as the type of job itself, salary, chance of promotion, supervision, and co-workers or the managers. Well-being refers to the healthiness, happiness, and safety of employees either individually or as team. Correspondingly, job satisfaction and the well-being of nurses are the aspects that play significant role in the performance of health service. This research aims to identify and to describe job satisfaction and the well-being of nurses in General Hospital of Salatiga and also to identify the correlation between those aspects. This is a quantitative research using descriptive correlational study. The respondents of this research include all nurses that have been working for one year in General Hospital of Salatiga. The three months data collected is therefore measured using four measurements such as Job Satisfation Survey (JSS), Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE), Positive Thinking Scale (PTS) dan Psycological Well-Being Scale (PWB). The results is next explained by the abovementioned measurements. Job Satisfaction Survey shows that the job satisfaction level of nurses in General Hospital of Salatiga is low where the percentage of nurses with ‘not-satisfied’ is greater (58%) compared with the ‘neutral’ voter. The nine facets of job satisfaction shows that most respondents are not satisfied; with average at 26.18. Scale of Positive and Negative Experience tabulation shows that most respondents always experience positive feeling (97%) and the rest often feel positive (3%). Positive Thinking Scale shows that most respondents always think positively (98%) and the rest of them tend to have negative thinking(2%). Psycological Well-Being Scale shows that most respondents have high psycological well-being; the greatest number is respondents with high psycological wellbeing (85%) followed by respondents with very high psycological well-being (12%) and only 3% respondents have average level of psycological well-being. The correlation analysis shows that there is no significant correlation between job satisfaction and wellbeing of nurses in General Hospital of Salatiga.
