Abstract: Training dan development merupakan faktor yang penting dalam mengembangkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di dalam organisasi non-profit. Dalam mengembangkan SDM yang diisi oleh generasi millennial, turnover menjadi suatu problema yang patut diperhitungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengungkap dampak penerapan program training dan development SDM yang ada di LLC terhadap turnover tenaga pendidik generasi millennial dalam organisasi pendidikan non-profit LLC Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara secara mendalam terhadap tujuh mentor LLC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa training dan development merupakan faktor penting yang meningkatkan komitmen karyawan sehingga menahan laju turnover para mentor generasi millennial di LLC Salatiga periode I 2019.
Training and development are important to develop Human Resource (HR) in the nonprofit organization. The development process faces a problem whenever generation Y or millennials who has high turnover intention became the main composition of the HR. This research purposed to know the impact of training and development on millennials in the Limitless Learning Center, a nonprofit organization in Salatiga, Indonesia. The method of the research is qualitative through an intense interview with mentors of the community as the main source. The result shows a high impact of training and development to decrease the turnover in LLC. Generation Y mentors has more commitment than before after the training moment and said that the training affect their personality to became a better mentor.
