Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor marketing mix yang paling dipertimbangkan konsumen atau tamu hotel dalam menunjang keputusan pembelian kamar Sarinande Hotel dan menganalisis indikator yang paling berperan (dominan) yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian kamar pada Sarinande Hotel. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data penelitian meliputi data primer yang diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner terhadap pengunjung Sarinande Hotel Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, promosi dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam menunjang keputusan pembelian kamar Sarinande Hotel. This study aims to analyze the marketing mix factors that are most considered by consumers or hotel guests in supporting Sarinande Hotel's room purchase decisions and analyze the most dominant (dominant) indicator considered by consumers in purchasing rooms at Sarinande Hotel. The sampling method in this study was a questionnaire. The approach used in this study is quantitative. Research data includes primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to visitors to Sarinande Hotel Bali. The results showed that the product, price, promotion and physical evidance had a significant effect in supporting Sarinande Hotel's room purchase decisions. |
