Abstract: BUM Desa merupakan unit usaha yang didirikan dalam rangka menciptakan kemandirian perekonomian desa. Pengelolaan BUM Desa dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa dan masyarakat desa. Kondisi keadilan dalam suatu organisasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas dari tata kelola yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kondisi keadilan prosedural di BUM Desa Karya Lestari Manunggal dari segi pengelola BUM Desa dan masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di BUM Desa Karya Lestari Manunggal Desa Kemasan, Kecamatan Sawit, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUM Desa Karya Lestari Manunggal belum mampu menerapkan keadilan prosedural berdasarkan komponen pemberitahuan yang memadai. Di sisi lain, BUM Desa Karya Lestari Manunggal mampu menerapkan dua komponen keadilan prosedural lainnya yaitu penyampaian yang adil dan penilaian berdasarkan bukti.
Village Owned Enterprises is a business unit that is established in order to create self-sufficiency village economy. The management of Village Owned Enterprises is done by the government and the people live in the village. The condition of justice in an organization can improve the quality of existing governance. The aim of this research is to explain the condition of the procedural fairness in Village Owned Enterprises Karya Lestari Manunggal based on administrator of Village Owned Enterprises and the society point of view. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data is collected through interview, observation, and documentation. This research is done in Village Owned Enterprises Karya Lestari Manunggal, Kemasan Village, Sub-district of Sawit, District of Boyolali, Central Java. The result proves that Village Owned Enterprises Karya Lestari Manunggal is not capable enough yet to implement the procedural fairness based on the component of adequate notice. However, it is adequate to apply other two component of procedural fairness which are a fair hearing and judgement based on the evidence.
