Hubungan Keterampilan dan Psychological Well Being Perawat

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman saat ini menuntut para perawat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat. Agar tercapainya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal yang dilakukan oleh perawat perlu diperhatikannya kesejahteraan psikologis. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan keterampilan kerja dan psycological well being perawat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan scoping review beberapa artikel dengan tahun penerbitan mulai Januari 2017 hingga Februari 2021 melalui pencarian pada Google Scholar, DOAJ. Analisis literature menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil analisa menunjukan adanya hubungan antara keterampilan kerja dan psycological well being perawat.

The developments of the times when demands the nurses offer a service that optimal to the community. To the health service quality optimal done by nurses need to pay attention of psycological well being. It is therefore the studies on the relationship between work skills and psycological well being of nurse. The method used in this research is the application of the scoping review approach articles with a publication year from January 2017 to february 2021 through a search on Google Scholar, DOAJ. Literature analysis using analysis thematic. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between work skills and the psychological well being of nurses.
